sir I have got seat in both all India quota and first round Karnataka councilling I want to quit from all India quota am I eligible to enter in Karnataka councilling

Hello Aspirant,

Yes of course you are eligible to appear in Karnataka state quota counselling whether you took part in AIQ counselling for NEET 2020 or not. If you have been allotted a seat in AIQ counselling and you are not satisfied with it so you can leave it and can appear for state quota counselling of Karnataka which is conducted by The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), Bangalore every year.
