Hey, considering your rank its very difficult.
The cutoff ranks for cs are generaly around 3000-4000. So no chances here
You may stil get waitlisted in mechanical as the cutoffs go till about 9000. Still very slim chances.

Sir can you please suggested me i have got any good trade in any govt. college like ambedkar , pusa ,and soo on.. Because i interested in engineering soo please tell i have got any trade in this year if i maked a obc category then i got admission..
