sir i have made medical certificate for csab counseling in govt hospital but doctor did not write registration number in medical certificate they said there is no need of registration number .Will i face any problem for getting seat in csab plz tell me?

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have made medical certificate from a government hospital.
I would strongly recommend you that get the registration number from the doctor as it is mandatory and your application is quite possible to get rejected.
So do make that certificate with all the mandatory details.
