sir I have mention best 4 Mark's in counselling form... plzzz sir tell me how I correct it

No need to worry. The process is as follows, you just need to log in to the portal, you must get the application form of the exam you are referring to. Just contact the exam authorities, that`s the only way. If they say that there will be another date given for correction then its fine, if not, request them for the change that you desire for which you might need to drop a mail with required documents attached.
