Hey,

See as you have a central caste certificate you will be given the benefit of reservation in every college that allows reservation.

Now coming to the second part of the question. Yes you can take admission in the state College of Maharashtra but with a condition. As you don't have the domicile of Maharashtra so you will be considered eligible for only those states of state College that falls under All India Quota. If you meet the cut off you will definitely get admission into that college for a particular seat.
