Congratulations for performing well in the exam.

If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in patna medical collegein bihar through state quota .Previous year minimum marks admitted for a general candidate under state quota was 552.so you have really good chances of getting admission in that college.just remember one thing cutoffs may vary from that of the previous year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
