yes you wil be eligible if you score Minimum  Percentage of Marks in Graduation,

50% Marks For General Category

45% for SC/ST/PWD category

Candidates in final year of Graduation are also eligible to apply for CMAT 2019,As you are still in second sem you need to wait till you reach final yr and then you can appear for the exam

The Basic Eligibility criteria to appear for CMAT exam is one should complete his graduation degree from any discipline in a recognised Indian university.And you should have minimum of 50% of marks in the graduation and for the reserved category it is 45%.

Even though you are from BSc agriculture you are eligible to take CMAT exam to enter into MBA.
