Sir I have passed 12 with 83 percent and I got 78000 jee main 2019 rank can I get NIT or any government college ? My OBC rank is 22000

I am really sorry to say but with 22000 rank in OBC Category, you can't get any branch in any of NIT, IIIT or GFTI.
The closing rank for all of them is around 15000 rank, so you won't be able to make it.

It's quite difficult to get nit in your rank. There are bleak chances of getting some north eastern nits like nit arunachal Pradesh,nit Sikkim ,nit tripura, nit meghalaya if you wait till last rounds of counselling.
