sir i have passed class 10 cbse board exam in 2017 and take a 1 year drop after 12 because of health issue now giving class 12 exam in 2020 and not sure that what marks i get i have to study in top nits or viteee or bitsat and this year in 2020 can i take 1 year drop and give entrance test in 2021

Yes you definitely can appear in the entrance exams in 2021 but you should make sure that if you want to reappear in 2022 you do not cross the upper age limit for the exams.
Also I would suggest you to appear for 2020 exams as well if possible to get a better idea of what to study and what to expect in 2021 exam .
keeping in mind that i passed class 10 in 2017 will this 3-4 years gap will affect in any higher studies or jobs or goverment jobs pls tell seriously please
