Hi,
Sorry but there is no provision for admissions of B.Sc students. IIST takes in only students after Class 12 and who have qualified in JEE Advanced for the UG (B.Tech) programmes. For the PG ie M.Tech courses, the institute says " BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.S. or equivalent degree mentioned with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 out of 10 for General & OBC category and minimum of 55% marks or CGPA 6.0 out of 10 for SC/ST & PD categories. A valid score in GATE/JEST/UGC NET in relevant area as the case may be, as specified below is essential."
Check the following pages https://www.iist.ac.in/admissions/postgraduate/regular
So to do an M.tech here, you must complete M.Sc then appear for one of the entrance exams namely GATE/JEST/UGC NET and qualify in that. Then you have to apply to IIST.
