The minimum educational qualification for UPSC exam is that a candidate must hold a degree from any university incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India, or other educational institution established by an Act of Parliament, or declared to be deemed as a university under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.
So as you have already completed your graduation, so you are eligible for preparing and appearing for UPSC. *Minimum age limit :- 21 years
*Maximum age limit :- 32 years , there's 3 year relaxation on upper age limit for obc and of 5 years for Sc/St.
So,
to be eligible for UPSC examination one needs to be a graduate in any discipline and you have completed your graduation so you are definitely eligible for UPSC examination, it doesn't matter even if you have done your graduation after diploma.
So, don't worry you are eligible for UPSC examination
