Hey, Rakshita!

First of all, congratulations for qualifying JEE Mains and making it till the JEE Advanced exam. Now to answer your question, no, your performance in JEE Mains will not get affected in any way, in case you fail to qualify JEE Advanced.

JEE Advanced is an exam via which one can get admission to the prestigious IITs (Indian Institute of Technology) for various engineering courses. JEE Mains, on the other hand, is an exam through which you get admission in the NITs (National Institute of Technology) and IIITs ( Indian Institute of Information Technology) and various other state colleges.

So, no, your performance shall not be affected in any way. All the best!
