Dear you have not mentioned anything in the question like in which exam you have secured that rank and which state,category you belongs etc.So i am assuming that you are asking for Delhi CET exam for polytechnic courses.So,yes you will definitely get a seat in a govt. college with this rank.The cut off for Polytechnic colleges in Delhi generally lasts upto 3000 for delhi locals.So,don't worry you will get a govt. college.The branch will be a lower ranked.
