If you have a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering then only you can do m.tech in agriculture otherwise its not possible because IT and agriculture both are different fields their work industry is also different.

Moreover, candidates who clear entrance exams such as JEE Main, ICAR AIEEA, or state-level engineering entrance exams are eligible for m.tech agriculture in Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur,Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee,Amity University, Noida,Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). Etc.

However if you are still interested You can apply for different streeam in engineering through Gate score in similar branch.
