Honestly speaking its a very tough call. I dont think you can get a MBBS seat in any college with a low score of 114 in NEET. But don't lose hope you can take NEET next year. Try to score atleast 450+ marks in NEET to get an admission into a Substandard college.

You cannot get MBBS in any college with such a low score. You can try for some other branches in private college. As only little chances are there in private colleges.
