Dear candidate, Colleges is totally depend on the marks you got and the rank. Different states have their own criteria for seats to allote. Under state quota the 85 percent reservation for state students and under all india quota the 15 seats for the other state students.
As you have not mentioned about any state, its difficult to say about any college with any information. At 179 almost no chance under the all india quota, and less possibility for state quota benefit also.

I'm sorry but you cannot get a seat in any government or deemed college with this score. Though, you can try for private medical colleges but then the fees would be way too much. This score is too less to get a government seat and there is a lot of competition around.
