Unfortunately your score in board exam is low but for admission in good engineering college you need to sit in any of state or national level entrance exams like MHTCET or JEE Mains.

But if you are thinking of any government college then it is difficult because the reputated government college ask Minimum of 75% in board exams. But still you should apply for counselling and hope for the best.

Yes surely if you are above 75% marks you have chance. But more important is scoring good marks in entrance exam which ultimately helps you getting in a good college.

See every year cutoff marks changes there for you need to give the entrance test the same year you are applying else you will not be able to register for counselling. If the cutoff marks you obtained is of the year 2019 then you are definitely eligible for government college through counselling.Hope this may help you
