For KCET ranking, 50% of your board marks out of Physics + Chemistry + Maths is considered, i.e If you have scored 263/300 i.e 87%, then your 50% of board marks will be 87/2 =43.5%, Balance 50% is taken from your KCET marks of physics, chemistry and maths and then added with this 43.5% i.e in case you have scored in Phy + chem + maths in KCET like 50/180 i.e 22.7%, then 50% of this 22.7/2 = 11.35% is considered. Then your ranking is calculated based on your total average score = 43.5% + 11.35%= 54.85%.
So your rank was around above 70k as my predictable.
