Your rank around the 346 but you are not mention your category if I assume reserve ( ST/SC) CATEGORY than you will get seats in BHMS government college. If you are from general category than you will get seats in private colleges.

Suman, you haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, with a score of 346, if you belong to General Category/OBC/EWS you might get a seat in a Private College. But if you belong to SC/ST, chances for a seat under Government Quota in Private Medical Colleges are a tad better. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
