Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . See it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as of now as they keep changing every year according to different factors like no. of students appeared in the exam, papee difficulty, seat matrix and overall performance of the students that year . But we can have a rough idea of your chances of getting a government medical seat based on last year cut-offs because in 2021 also ,cut-offs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's.
So ,in 2020 the closing AIR in Punjab through the state quota counselling for SC category was 134533 and the cut-off marks were 447 . Hence it seems a bit difficult for you to get a government medical seat through State quota counselling .
It is advisable that you do participate in your state's counselling once it commences but if you are thinking of taking a drop ,go ahead and start your preparation as there's not much time left for NEET 2022 . There's a high probability that it'll happen in May itself .
You can also check your chances of getting into private or management quota seats for MBBS or can opt for other courses like BDS and Ayush. For further details based on your AIR ,you can visit the link given below:

Hope my answer helped.
Hello,
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.
With marks you have scored in the NEET 2021 Examination, you have a very good chance of getting seat in all 3 Government Medical Colleges in Punjab for MBBS -
• Government Medical College, Amritsar
• Government Medical College, Patiala
• Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot
