Sir, I have scored 46 marks in IIT jam chemistry with AIR 999 . Can I get a seat in NIT Rourkela ?

Getting a seat in NIT depends on the marks you scored, your category.

As you haven't mentioned your category it's quite difficult to predict the possibility.
