Neet examination is an all India common entrance examination for the medical aspirants to get into the undergraduate courses in both private and government colleges.
It would have been easy for us to clarify your question even better, if you have given your category as the admissions vary based on categories of the student.
Though I'll give the general category cutoff, which is always more than 450+
As you scored more than that, you'll surely be able to get into government colleges if not in first counselling, you'll surely get in through second and third counselling.
As for private colleges, you can easily get into them with merit quota.
