Yes, you are eligible.
The topmost requirement is you have Mathematics in 12th and pass it. So, you are good on that count.
Now, your best of 4 score is 93.25 percent. With this score (if you are general category) it's tough for you to get into North Campus, apart from Khalsa College.
In South Campus, you will get into DCAC, which is the second best South College in Commerce after Venky. So, do take admission there if you qualify. You will also get into colleges like Motilal Nehru, Acharya Narayan Dev, Aryabhatta College etc.
However, if you wish to study in North Campus, you can opt for BCom (P).

Since you are an OBC category student, I wish to congratulate you on such a good score! Your score is good enough to get into North Campus colleges like Ramjas, Hindu and Hansraj which are one of the top colleges in the country for undergraduate arts and commerce!
So, yes. Good luck! Even Kirori Mal is a good option. St. Stephens doesn't provide Commerce and as for SRCC, you will have to wait for the cutoffs.
