According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your approximate rank would be near about 1,65,000-1,75,000 and on the basis of this rank it is very difficult to get any of the NIT even with OBC reservation but still you can try for some lower NITs like NIT Agartala, NIT Silchar and so on but chances are very less.
I would recommend you to either appear for second attempt of JEE-Main which is scheduled from September 1st-6th and try to hit the target of at least 90 percentile or you should go for JEE-Advance because according to previous years cut-off you might qualify for JEE-Advance(not sure) because last year cut-off for qualifying was 74.1666 percentile for OBC-NCL category.
