see your gate score is below the cutoff score, thats why you are not gate qualified and not eligible to take admission in iits or nits which wants gate score, since you are not gate qualified you can not get gate stipend from aicte. cutoff score 32.68, to qualify gate you need to score more or same as the cutoff score. however in india there is many colleges which has separate entrance test and you can apply with out gate score.

Your GATE score will be too low to get admission in reputed colleges.You need to score above cut off marks to get good GATE score so that you have decent chances of getting a seat in a good college.With general category it will be so difficult to get seat.But you may get seat in private colleges.If you want to get admission in a good college the you need to appear next year.
