Hello Shivanshisrivastav,
hTe total seats in all the courses in the mass communication department of the BHU is around 70-80. So, with 296 general rank, your friend is not likely to get Admission in the Univesity. However, she should not lose hope, as the cut off changes every year, and you never know,hope for the best.
