Have a look on detailed eligibililty criteria for admission in b.tech through keam. candidates must pass 12th class with mathematics, physics,biology and chemistry is optional.percentage required to be eligible for keam is aggregate 45 percent minimum and you got exact 45 marks which is eligible.

Kerala Engineering Architecture & Medical Examination(KEAM) is conducted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. This is a state-level examination conducted every year. The total number of Btech seats is 57680 seats.
Sorry to say but the basic eligibility criteria is that you need to pass the qualifying examination with 50% marks in Mathematics separately and an aggregate of 50% marks in PCM subjects when put together. Hence you are not eligible for this exam if you have 45 marks out of 100 marks in mathematics.
