You have moderate probability of getting govt MBBS seat through state quota of chattisgarh.
According to last years' records for the state of chattisgarh, the cutoffs were as follows-
UR category- 458 marks
OBC category- 449 marks
SC category- 338 marks
ST category- 261 marks

Hello Ram,
As you have a domicile of Chhattisgarh, it means that you are eligible for 85% state qouta in all the medical and dental colleges that come under Chhattisgarh state.
In other state except Chhattisgarh you a eligible for 15% all India qouta.

Dear Ram, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various cut offs have been as follows:
General Category: 458
OBC: 449
SC: 338
ST: 261
With 482 marks, you have a chance at GMC, Ambikapur if you belong to General Category. And your options are even better if you belong to Reserved Categories. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
