Sir, I have secured 59 marks with 676 score. AIR is 215 in chemical engineering gate 2019 exam. What are the chances of getting PSU.

In previous years some PSUs have called till top 400 rank for the interviews.
As per the cutoffs of PSUs you have a fair chance of getting an interview call from the PSUs like IOCL,BPCL, HPCL and a little chance of ONGC,GAIL,BARC,etc.So,it is a good situation to have this much options.

But what are the chances of getting selected. I mean what is the weightage of interview and gate score. Based on previous selections I found out that only till 120-130 rank students get PSU, after that chances are less.
Most PSUs have similar weightage,Personal Interview and GD is 15% and gate score 80-85%.So,both are important.And you have to score minimum marks in GD and personal interview.As far as cutoffs are concerned they may call you because it is not necessary that all students apply for the PSUs .So,stay hopefully.
