Hello, your percentile translates to a rank of approx. 60000.
Therefore, I'm afraid your chances are pretty low. The last round cutoff for CS with Bio-sciences was around 18000 last year.

If you are loking for admission in B.Tech. then it would be solely based on your rank that you got in JEE Mains. Cut-offs differs every year and if your rank is good you can easily get the admission in the college. If you get shortlisted then you can be called for counselling and admission process.
