I am sorry to say , but with your JEE Advance rank of 13044 you will not be able to get any of the IITs. As per the previous years cutoff in IITs , the maximum closing rank for some IITs were about 11000. So it is very hard to tell whether you could get a seat as per your rank in IITs. The only IIT that you could get on the basis of your JEE Advance rank is IIT Jodhpur and in the stream of Bio-Technology , where the last years cutoff was 14326. Other than that , no other IITs are there where you can geat a seat.

If you dont get a seat in IITs , just dont feel low. There are lots of other oppurtunities waiting for you ahead.
