Hello Sanjana,
The cutoff for 2018 for government BAMS college in general category was 400+ marks
With 346 marks, it is difficult for you to get government BAMS college in your state as well as all India quota this year also.
Although you may be able to grab a seat in private BAMS college but chances are not very high.
