hello aspirant,
To keep it simple you are not able to increase the your score is because you are feeling that you are stressed.you are worried about the exam.try to understand that this phase of compettive exams will be little complicated and you need to study for a little long hours and that is what creates a practice and habit.and practice makes everything easier.
so i suggest you to try to stay calm and understand that every other student goes through the same tensions now and its ok.study well for more time and practice practice practice! dont try to remember things try to understand the concept.if you try to remember you will have tensions and stress that you may forget!so go conceptually practice fr more time, solve all previous years papers as if you are giving exam and analyse your mistakes and recorrect them.
one of the best things you can do to increase your concept or score if maintain an error book(this helps)and every time you give a mock or practice test ,after the exam analyse your mistakes where you have gone wrong and write all those mistakes and correct process and answers into this error book.
this really helps because the questions in mocks will be very related to your NEET examination so you wont comit any mistake in important topics.do try this.including all this what you can do this maintain a sleep schedule and sleep and wake up at the same time everyday.
for competitive exams a routine is very important.eat well chill out a little REVISE FREQUENTLY this is very importnt as there any many topics chances of forgetting is quite common so keep revising and follow the classes and spend more time with studying.solve more questions but related to your exam.you can refer to important topics and best books for neet exam and follow them .
