I it has been issued on or after January 1st, 2022 then there is no need to change it but if not then you should change it in correction window because as per the information bulletin of NEET 2022 the certificate for OBC-NCL should have been issued on or after January 1st, 2022.

In case you fail to upload it (issued on or after January 1st, 2022) at the time of registration then the OBC candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of OBC-NCL Certificate as per Appendix - XB in Information bulletin] to that effect. Visit http://www.ncbc.nic.in for the latest guidelines and updates on the Central List of State-wise OBCs.

****** During counselling process there will be a document verification before admission in any college and during that time you should have your latest and valid certificate.
