However if you want to edit or add anything in your neet application form , you will get a chance to correct your mistakes during correction window process for neet application form that will be in the second week of April 2024.
For neet application process you must need and upload following documents / information
Your passport size photo
Post card size photo
Your full name
Father' name, mother' name
Date of birth
Your ID proof ( aadhar card )
Your class certificate
Signature
Left and right hand thumb impressions.
Your class x mark sheet
Class x passing certificate
Disability certificate if required
