State of eligibility means that, from which state you have passed your class 12th board exams. The domicile certificate is your residential proof.

On josaa offical site in the section of INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES , it is clearly mentioned you have to submit - class XII marksheet / state of eligibility proof . That means you have to submit class 12th marksheet for state of eligibility proof.

So, as you have uploaded the domicile certificate then it it not correct and there might be chance that the verifying offices may raise queries against you and you must have to reply them. Other wise there is a high chance of seat cancellation as you have not uploaded the correct documents.
