sir , i have uploaded the ews declaration form while filling application form but failed to upload my original ews certificate at the time of correction window? will i be considered under ews?

In regards to your query it's highly likely that if the declaration form has crucial credentials which can verify you under the ews category then you'll be good to get an admission under that category. Also many a times there are multiple windows opening for correction do look out for that as well to reduce the chance of any last minute emergency.
