Don't worry. You can correct it when the authority open the site for you to correct the mistake, it is tentatively by april 5 and it will be one time opportunity.You can correct it by logging in to your account. The fields that can be edited are

I would like to tell you that UPSEE Form Correction Begins March 26, 2019, so be sure to correct the mistake then.

The corrections can be done through the official site only. It is a one time opportunity given to successfully registered candidates to rectify the mistakes committed in the application form.
