NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Dear aspirant,
Candidates with low vision can take admission under reservation,In a significant order ,the supreme court of India has allowed a person suffering from low vision or vision impairment ,a disability in which eye vision can not be corrected or improved ,and allowed them to take admission in NEET ug courses or you can say in MBBS and later treat the patients .
As reported by PTI , top court allowed a student to take admission in MBBS course on the ground that he has cleared 2018 Neet entrance under person with disability
So you can expect your admission through reservation as the court has allowed such kind of cases.
Hope it helps.
Sorry but you are not eligible for reservation in NEET under physically handicapped qouta.
This is a 3% reservation which is only for those who have 50% to 70% locomotive disability of the lower the only.
If seats are not filled then the admission is also given to those having 40 to 50% of locomotive disability of the lower limbs.
Any other impairment, other than that specified by mcc, is not liable to take admission against this reservation.
I hope you understand.
All the best for the future!!
Yes, you may get reservation in NEET UG under the PwD category for visual impairment. For that, you will have to obtain a PwD certificate and present it during the document verification process.
