It depends on your capability and capacity to score at least 140 marks even if you have not studied class 11th. For this, you have to study in a smart and proper way. About 60% of questions are from class 12th.
Make a proper schedule, analyze previous year questions, focus on those topics which have more weightage. Chemistry is the scoring subject. i.e. major portions of organic chemistry, in organic chemistry (p-block, d-block, Surface chemistry, coordination compound, isolation of metals) , physical chemistry are from class 12th.
Coming towards mathematics. In mathematics calculus, 3-d vector , pnc & probability are from class 12th. These topics constitute more 10 questions.
Focus on basic concepts and formulae of physics.
Additionall topics (semiconductor, communication, environmental chemistry, chemistry in everyday life, stastics, errors, vernier callipers and screw gauge) are very important. Solve more sample papers and previous year papers.

Hello.
Preparations for Jee are quite different compared to the board exam preparation. Since there are only few days left for the exam, you will need to practice a lot each day. Your NCERT books are most important in your preparations. Make notes of important formulae and theorems. You must also solve as many question papers as possible as they will help gauge your speed and accuracy in the exam
Good luck!
