Dear Deepak, you haven't mentioned whether you have domicile of Rajasthan and Haryana. This is important because Rajasthan and Haryana are not Open States. You have to have domicile of these 2 States to be eligible for their State Quota. If you do not have domicile, you can participate in 15% All India Counselling. Now you also missed on mentioning your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota and All India Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for Haryana have been as follows:
State Quota All India Quota
General Category: 486 558
BC-A: 494 556
BC-B: 514 452
SC: 409
ST: 430
Rajasthan State Quota and All India Quota Cut offs for 2018:
General Category: 530 555
OBC: 523
SC 406 458
ST: 385 425
Now this is 2018 data. In 2019, the general cut offs increased by 15 marks and individual cut offs increased by 70 marks on an average. So if your target is a GMC in either of the States, atleast aim for 150 marks more than that has been mentioned here.
