As the cut offs are not release yet so we can only make predictions. 169 marks in JEE mains is an average score and getting government college with this score is really difficult. With this score the expected rank will be 16163-11018. But you can get NIT due to the reservation.

Sure. If you got the cut off decided by NTA then you can join for JOSAA counselling and wait for the chance for all the rounds. Please have patience to wait for all the rounds
