First check your sms because they send sms while registration and it contains your application number.

If not then check your email id.since they also send email at the time of your registration. It alao contains your application number.  Check spam folder also.

If not then go to the official website from where you have done your registration. There go for forgot application number then by answering few question you can able to get your application number.
