Yes of course you can take CAT in 2018. According to the eligibility criteria, you must secure at least 50% aggregate marks in your graduation. Once you fulfill the criteria, you can appear for the exam. Ensure that you start preparing at least 6 months in advance and clear the concepts first, especially of sections which are not your strengths. Yes you can do MBA after BA. there are many ways to get into hundreds of bschools in India and abroad. The most common way to do MBA from the top bschools is through CAT. CAT is organized once in a year by IIMs and to get into iims, CAT is the only entrance. Beside IIMs there are more bschools which consider CAT for admission. If not CAT then you can go for NMAT for Narsee Monjee Institutes which are pretty good in terms of education and placements. SNAP for Symbiosis Institutes which are considered as top private bschools of India. XAT for Xaviers Institutes and it's organized in January every year. IBSAT to get into IBS business schools. IIFT exam for IIFT delhi. You should have at least 50% in graduation for CAT for general category. There are other entrance exams too like MAT, CMAT which will get you to few decent colleges in the country. And for MBA in abroad you can take GMAT and GMAT is also considered by ISB hyderabad if you gain some work experience before MBA.
