Yes , you are eligible for Neet examination even if you are in the fourth year of your BAMS as there's no upper age limit for Neet examination.
What all one needs to be eligible for neet is that he must have passed 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical ) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st . So, you fulfill this percentage criteria then you are eligible for Neet examination and if you manage to qualify Neet examination then you can even get into MBBS
