The cutoff for admission varies every year from college to college depending on various factors so it would be difficult to tell you exactly about the admission chances. However, as per your marks, you might have chances to get a seat in government medical colleges of Tamil Nadu. You might get a seat in IRT Perundurai Medical College, Perundurai, Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalainagar and other colleges also.
