Dear Srishti, 440 to be honest is a less score. Having said that few States have lower cut offs and you might get a seat for this score in few States. But if you can help us with the State domicile that you hold, we can help you with the respecrive cut offs of the Government Medical Colleges of that State.

Dear Sir / Ma'm, with a score of 440 you would not be able to get any medical college through the 15% All India Quota counseling as they have much higher cutoff than the 85% state quota counseling. So, do keep an eye on your state counselling where you have comparatively higher chances. As you have not mentioned your state, we couldn't give you the names of probable colleges.
