Cut off of NEET exam changes every year because it depends on a lot of factors like no. of seats in a college, no. of candidates applied, difficulty level of the exam and the performance in the exam.

According to the last year cut off, around 500 was the cut off for general categort students to get seat in a govt. College. Your score is pretty good and and you will definitely get a govt. College state quota seats.
