- Name of the Candidate
- Father's name
- Uploaded Photograph
- Stream
- Qualifying examination hall ticket number
- Category
To change the stream you need to submit qualifying examination hall ticket as a proof attached in the e-mail and send it to helpdeskapeapcet2021@gmail.com
