sir i my joint UR rank :3000 ebc rank: 924. will i get any college or course till the second or mop up round?????

I am not mention the exams you have faced and got the rank in EBC category that is 924. In This rank you will surely get an engineering college if the rank is for the JEE main examination. You will get this chance possibly in the mop up round of Your questions and quiries are not clear. So clear answer is not possible .
